Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that in some cases you want to cancel or change your order.
We cannot change order details during promotional periods - but our customer service team may be able to cancel your order provided you contact us as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with the details below:
- Order number
- Email address
- Delivery address
- Ordered goods
- Date your order was placed
- As many details about your cancellation request as possible
Our team will always do their best to accommodate your request, but this may not be possible if our warehouse team has already processed your order.
If we cannot fulfill your cancellation request and you would like to return your order when it arrives, you can register your return using our Returns Portal .
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience. Our team will do their best to change your delivery address, but if your order has already been processed, this is not possible.
If our customer service team cannot change your delivery address, please contact your local courier.
I have not received an order confirmation email. Has my order been completed?
If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please follow the steps below:
- Check your bank statement to confirm that your payment has gone through. If you don't see a pending payment, your order may not have gone through.
- If money has been withdrawn from your card, look for a confirmation email in your junk or spam inbox.
- If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please contact our customer service team with the following information:
- Order number (if applicable)
- Shipping address
- Ordered goods
- Date of order
Where is my order? Are there delays in shipping?
Due to the large volume of orders we expect to receive during the Black Friday Shopping Event, you may experience a slight delay in shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you can follow the expected shipping timeframes and instructions by clicking here .
As soon as your package is shipped, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address used to place your order, which will contain a link that you can use to track your package.
I have received an e-mail stating that my order is "Partially Allocated". What does that mean?
Due to a large influx of orders during the Black Friday Shopping Event, some orders may be affected by oversold items. This means that part of your order may no longer be able to be shipped to you. If this happens, our customer service team will contact you via email as soon as possible.
My tracking link is not working. How can I track my package?
If you find that the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email hasn't been updated right away, don't worry. It may take some time to present the latest tracking updates during this busy time.
If I place more than one order, can you combine them and send them together?
Unfortunately, our warehouse team processes all orders separately and cannot combine orders if you choose to place more than one. Double shipping charges are non-refundable.
My friend has already received his order. where is mine
We aim to ship orders in the order they are purchased, however due to warehouse and courier processes, not all orders placed on the same day will be delivered on the same date. If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team.
I placed my order before the sale started. Can I still get a discount on my items?
Unfortunately, any orders placed before the Black Friday shopping event begins will not be eligible for the discounts offered. The discounts only apply to orders placed during the sale period.
What is the return and exchange policy during the sale?
You are welcome to return your items within 60 days, provided they are unworn, unwashed and unused. As long as your order has been sent back to us within this period and you can provide tracking to support this, you will be eligible for a return.

Please note that all refund request returns are subject to a shipping and handling fee. Items returned for exchange are not subject to a fee.
I would like to exchange something I bought during the sale. Will you respect the trade-in price?
You are welcome to exchange your items for another size.
If you wish to exchange your item for a completely different product, our customer service team will transfer the amount paid to an e-gift card that you can use on another purchase. You can also request a refund.
Note that the refund or e-Gift Card amount corresponds to the price you paid for the items during the sale.
