Please include the below information when contacting the team:
- Order number
- Images of the packaging and the items when they arrived
- Description of the items received, as well as a description of the missing or damaged items
- Description of the delivery location (e.g. mailbox, porch, handed directly to you)
- Confirmation of whether the damage was acknowledged by the courier
