We will do our best to refund your item within 48 hours from the time it arrives at our HQ - please note returns are taking longer than normal to reach us to due the current Covid-19 pandemic. As soon as we have received and processed it, we will notify you.
During busy periods it may take up to 10 working days to process your return, after receiving your items back at our HQ. Our returns team are working as quickly and as efficiently as they can to get your Lounge returns and exchanges processed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to land back in your account.
We will refund using the same method originally used for your purchase. If your card is lost or cancelled, this will not affect your refund. Your Bank provider can transfer this payment over to your new account. However, it may be a case of contacting them to request this.
If you have used an E gift card along with another Payment method, the E gift card will be refunded first and the same gift card will be available to use again.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage, where tracking information is preferable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
Please note, if you have made a payment with an E check, we must wait for this to clear before processing a refund or dispatching your order. E check clearance can take 7-10 working days.
