Has your parcel not received a first scan?

This usually means that your package is in the process of being prepared for shipment by our warehouse team, and that your order is currently being made ready for pickup by the courier service.

This can sometimes show on the tracking as 'sender despatching', 'preparing shipment' or 'we've recieved your order details but not your parcel'.

Typically, this phase can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days because when collecting a high volume of parcels, the courier may not individually scan each item into the truck. Rest assured, it can be left on this status for a few days even though the courier has your parcel.
