When does the Feel Your Breast campaign start?
The sixth year of Feel Your Breast will start at 6pm on the 3rd of October, to mark the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
What will you be offering this year?
From the 3rd of October, any purchase over $100 will qualify to receive 2 free Feel Your Breast thongs. You’ll be able to choose which thongs you’d like from 6 set combination options.
Alternatively, these thongs will be available for purchase as a 2-pack for $50.
$10 from every qualifying purchase placed in October will be donated to the Lounge Foundation. Not only will you receive a limited-edition free gift during October, but you’ll also be supporting valuable research and saving lives.

How can I claim my 2 free thongs?
To claim your 2 free Feel Your Breast thongs, your order total needs to be over $100 after any discount codes have been applied.
Once your order total reaches $100, a pop-up will appear on your screen where you’ll be able to choose your preferred 2 thongs.
If you remove items from your basket and your order total goes below $100, the 2 free Feel Your Breast thongs will automatically be removed from your cart.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can place during October?
You can place as many orders as you like during the month of October - every single time your order value is over $100, you’ll be able to claim your free gift.
However, the Feel Your Breast thongs are limited in stock, so once they’re sold out, they won’t be coming back. We recommend making your purchase as early as possible to avoid missing out.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
Discount codes will not apply to the contents of your basket underneath the $100 threshold. If you add more items to your basket, your discount code will apply to these items, providing your basket total is $100 before the additional items are added.
If an item is in my basket, is it mine?
Unfortunately, an item isn’t reserved to you until you have completed the purchase at checkout.
Can I use a Buy Now, Pay Later option to place my order?
Our Buy Now, Pay Later options will operate as normal during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I’ve never shopped at Lounge before. How do I know what size to order?

The Bundle and Save offer isn’t working for me. Why?
The Feel Your Breast thongs are not eligible for the Bundle and Save offer, but the deal will apply to every other applicable thong, brief or G-string on site.
Should I refresh the page if there is a queue at checkout?
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during the checkout. If this happens, do not refresh the page, as you may lose your spot in the queue.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, as we expect to receive a high volume of orders during October, we will be temporarily turning our Gift Wrap service off at the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our team will be working to ensure all orders are picked and packed quickly and efficiently, to arrive with you as soon as possible.
Will I be able to select Next Day / Express Delivery?
Due to the influx of orders placed during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our Next Day Delivery Service will be temporarily unavailable.
If I place more than one order, can you combine these and ship them together?
Unfortunately, we treat all orders separately and we are unable to combine orders if you place more than one. Duplicate shipping charges can also not be refunded.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We understand that on some occasions, you may want to cancel or make amendments to your order.
We’re not able to amend items during peak periods - however, we may be able to cancel this order for you, so that you can reorder the correct items.

We will always try our best to accommodate your request, but sometimes this won’t be possible if our warehouse team has begun packing your order.
If we cannot fulfil your cancellation request and you would like to return a part of your order, you can do so using our Returns Portal.
Can I make changes to my shipping address?
Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to get this changed for you. However, this is not always possible.
If your order has already been dispatched or we are unable to amend this for you, you will need to reach out to the courier directly who may be able to help further.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. Has my order been placed successfully?
If you don’t receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please follow the below steps:
- Check your bank statement to verify if your payment has been taken. If you can’t see a payment, your order may not have been placed.
- If your card was charged, check for a confirmation email in your Junk and Spam inboxes.
- If you still can’t find your confirmation email, our Client Services team will be happy to help. Please include the following information when contacting our team:
- Order number (if you have this)
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Items ordered
- Date of order
Where is my order? Are there shipping delays?
Due to the high volume of orders that we expect to receive during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, you may experience a dispatch delay.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address used to place your order, which will include your tracking details.
I’ve received an email saying my order is ‘Partially Allocated’. What does this mean?
Due to an influx of orders during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, some items may be oversold and no longer available. If this occurs, our Client Services team will contact you as soon as possible.
My tracking link isn’t working. How do I track my parcel?
If you find that the tracking number on your shipping confirmation hasn’t been updated right away, don’t worry. It may take a short while to present the latest tracking updates during this busy time.
My friend has received their order already. Where is mine?
We aim to dispatch orders in order of purchase history, but due to warehouse and courier processes, not all orders placed on the same day will be delivered on the same date. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact our Client Services team.
Will you restock the Feel Your Breast thongs?
While our Blossom Balcony Thongs aren’t going anywhere, the free Feel Your Breast 2-packs are limited-edition and will only be available while stocks last. However, you can still donate to the Lounge Foundation and make a difference by clicking here, whether you make a purchase or not.
What is your Returns Policy during the Feel Your Breast campaign?
You are welcome to return your items within 45 days, providing they are unworn, unwashed and unused. Feel Your Breast thongs can be exchanged for a different size or style, if stock allows.
If you return your Feel Your Breast thongs along with your entire order, you’ll receive a full refund and your donation to the Lounge Foundation will be rescinded.
If you return part of your order but keep your Feel Your Breast thongs and your order total drops below $100, $50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the value of the free thongs and maintain your donation to the Lounge Foundation.
This cost will be in addition to any relevant return fees.
If you’d like to return any part of your order for an exchange, no fees will be incurred.
