We're really sorry to hear this. Please contact our team with all of the below information which will speed up the process:
- Order number
- Images of the items received
- A list of the item(s) that are missing from the parcel
- Images of your black Lounge parcel, if the parcel arrived damaged or opened.
To investigate your missing item, you must reach out within 7 days of your delivery scan.
