If you'd like to change your shipping address, please contact our Client Services team as soon as possible with the below information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Current (incorrect) delivery address
- New (correct) delivery address
Our Client Services team will request this change and will notify you if your shipping address has been successfully updated. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that changing your shipping address is not always possible.
If we're unable to amend your shipping address, our Client Services team will advise you on who to contact.
Our best recommendation would be to wait until you receive your shipping confirmation email, and then to contact your courier directly with your tracking information.
Please note: Lounge is not liable to reship or refund any orders placed to an incorrect or invalid shipping address.
On some occasions, parcels sent to an incorrect address may be automatically returned. If your tracking link shows 'Returned to Sender', our Client Services team will be happy to investigate and re-ship your parcel.
