If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Client Services team as quickly as possible. Our team will be happy to resolve this for you.
Please include the below information when contacting the team:
- Order number
- Details of the incorrect item you have received
- Details of any items missing from your parcel
- Images of the items received, including the sizing labels
- Images of the barcode on the product bag
Please note: To allow our team to investigate your incorrect item, you must contact us no later than 14 days after your parcel is delivered.
