Received a 'delivered' notification but can't find your parcel? Don't worry - follow these steps:
1. Check all safe spaces and secure locations around your address. It's possible your courier might have left it somewhere safe.
2. Check with your neighbours or anyone who might have accepted the parcel for you.
3. If you still can't find it, contact your local courier for more details on the delivery location.
4. If all of the above has been checked and you have no luck, contact our Client Services team - We're here to help.
Please note: You must contact us within 14 days of the parcel showing as 'delivered' on your tracking link. This allows us to investigate thoroughly. Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen goods after this 14-day period.
