MY ORDER INCLUDES A PRE-ORDER ITEM. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
If your order contains a ‘Pre-order' item, we will ship the entire order following the 5th of June.
This is to ensure we are minimising our environmental impact and only ever ship one parcel per order.
If you have been able to select Express Shipping at the checkout, your order will meet the Express Shipping time frame, once the order has been dispatched.
Post-dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via an email confirmation. This way, you can track your Lounge luxuries all the way to your door.
In the instance you need the other items in your order before we are able to ship the full order to you, our Lounge experts can look into removing these items and refunding you. Following this, you will be able to make a new and separate purchase.
