When does the sale start?
The Lounge Sale begins on June 2nd, as soon as the stores open.
When will the sale end?
The sale will end after the stores close on June 4th.
What discounts are available during the sale?
During the sale, you can enjoy up to 50% off selected Underwear, Intimates, Clothing, Sleep, and Swim lines in store.
Will my Student Discount apply during the sale?
Students can enjoy an additional 10% discount on sale items with UNiDAYS.
I’ve never shopped at Lounge before. How do I know what size to order?
All of our staff are happy to help you find your perfect size. You are also welcome to book an appointment with a trained bra fitting specialist in any Lounge store.

The Bundle and Save offer isn’t working for me. Why?
During the sale, all Bottoms styles in store will have a 30% discount (excluding Intimates styles).
You can also purchase any 5 Bottoms styles for £40 in store, excluding Intimates and Outlet or 'Last Chance' styles.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes - you will be able to request Gift Wrap at checkout during the sale.
If my desired item isn’t available in store, can I have it shipped to my home address?
Absolutely. If your desired item isn’t available in store but is in stock online, you will be able to have your item shipped to your home address with complimentary Express Shipping.
Please note that during the sale, some orders may experience shipping delays.
What is the Return and Exchange Policy during the sale?
You are welcome to return your items within 30 days, providing they are unworn, unwashed, and unused. As long as your order has been shipped back to us within this period and you can provide tracking to support this, you will qualify for a return.
If you’d like to make a return, please visit our Returns Portal. You are also welcome to return your items, free of charge, to any Lounge store.
I want to exchange something that I purchased during the sale. Will you honour the price of the exchange?
You are welcome to exchange your item for a different size or colour in the same style.
If you wish to exchange your item for a differently-priced product, you must pay the difference upon exchanging in store. You may also request a refund online or in store, if you do not wish to pay the difference for another product.
Please note that this refund or e-Gift Card amount will be equivalent to the price paid for the items during the sale and not the full-price value of the item.
