What Date Is Black Friday Starting, and how long will it last?

Our Lounge Lights Out Black Friday will begin on Sunday the 24th November at 9.00 PM GMT, and will all be over on Monday 2nd December at 00.00 PM GMT. Click here to find out more information for your timezone. 

Note: if your timezone is not listed, this doesn't mean Lounge Lights Out isn't available for you. Simply Google 9PM GMT followed by your country of residence to find the start time for you. Our Sale is worldwide.

Why aren't you replying to me?

We understand that during #LoungeLightsOut Black Friday Sale you may have some questions or queries regarding your upcoming or recent purchase. Please be reassured that our Lounge Experts will be working around the clock and through the night to respond to all of our loungers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Looking after you and solving any issues you may be experiencing is our number one priority.

We kindly ask that you avoid messaging our Experts on numerous channels or numerous times regarding the same query, as this will only delay the solution for your enquiry due to confusion and overlaps within our platforms.

Will Klarna and AfterPay be available during the Sale?

Yes absolutely! (got that sudden urge to get everything you've ever dreamed of!?)

Klarna is available for our customers from the UK, Germany and Netherlands throughout the sale.

AfterPay is available for our customers from Australia and New Zealand throughout the sale.

We apologise for any disappoint caused if we don't currently offer Klarna or AfterPay for your country of residence, trust us when we say that we're working on it.

Can I Return Or Exchange An Item Purchased During The Sale?

Yes! You can absolutely return or exchange items that are purchased during the sale.

When exchanging, we would advise sending the full set back to us (even if you wish to only exchange one piece from your set), just incase the size or colour you're looking for is not available and we may have to suggest some alternate options for you.

Your sale purchase price will be honoured when exchanging for the same item in an alternate size or colour. If you're looking to exchange for an item that is a lower or higher sale price, our Lounge Experts will be happy to assist you and advise the difference in price applicable to your order.

Please note - due to the increase in demand during this period, you may experience a slower returns process than your usual Lounge experience, but our team will be working incredibly hard to process any returns or exchanges as quickly as possible for you.

Will You Be Extending Returns?

From the 1st of November to the 1st of January, we are offering an extended returns policy. You will have 60 days to return your item(s) from the date of dispatch.
