We are working with our distribution network to ensure all orders are handled with the upmost care, and whilst the majority of our team are working from home, our entire team are working around the clock to ensure your experience isn't impacted.
CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
To ensure that our global Female Family has no unnecessary worry or panic at this unpredictable time, we have expanded our Returns Policy to 60 days permanently as we appreciate some of our Loungers may have difficulty in returning items to us for an exchange. WILL THERE BE ANY DELAYS TO MY ORDER?
You may experience some delays in receiving your order due to checks being undertaken by our network of couriers. These delays are international, so chances are, you may experience the same with other brands. Our best advice is to sit tight and wait until the end of the delivery time period for your order which can be found on our shipping page.

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ADVICE?
We are of course monitoring the situation very closely, following the advice of the World Health Organisation. The welfare of our Female Family is a top priority for us and we will follow all guidance made by local authorities and the WHO.
Remember as per the World Health Organisation guidelines:
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Do this frequently.
- Avoid touching your face with hands.
- Maintain social distancing measures wherever possible.
- Use your local healthcare services if you have any concerns around symptoms.
