Can I Cancel/Change My Order?

Once you’ve pressed the ‘Place Order’ button, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order for you due to our warehouse processing and fulfilment system.

We urge you to please double check your order before placing it - this includes the items within your order (including the size) and all of the contact and address details associated with your order.

If you do place the order and end up changing your mind, we will need for you to wait for the parcel to be delivered and then ask you to return it as quickly as possible. In this circumstance we are happy to refund/exchange the items for you - as per our exchange and returns policy which can be found here.
