When does this year’s #FeelYourBreast campaign start?
Are you ready to be an icon? Our fifth year of #FeelYourBreast will start at 7am PDT on October 1st 2023, to mark the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

What will you be offering this year?
Of course, It wouldn’t be a #FeelYourBreast campaign without a little something for our Loungers…
Any purchase made in October over $50 will qualify to receive 2 free limited edition #FeelYourBreast thongs. You’ll be able to choose exactly which thongs you’d like from 6 set combination options.
Alternatively, these limited-edition thongs will be available for purchase as a 2-pack for $25.
$5 from every qualifying purchase placed in October will be donated to the Lounge Foundation. So, not only will you receive a limited-edition freebie during October, but you’ll know that your money is going towards valuable research and saving lives.

How do I claim my 2 free #FeelYourBreast thongs?
To qualify for your 2 free #FeelYourBreast thongs, the total order value in your basket needs to be over $50.
Once the value of your basket goes over $50, you’ll see a pop-up appear on your screen where you’ll be able to choose your preferred 2 limited edition thongs.
If you remove items from your basket and your order total goes below $50, the 2 free #FeelYourBreast thongs will automatically be removed from your cart.
Can I donate more than $5?
Of course you can! There’ll be an option to donate to the Lounge Foundation right here throughout the month of October, whether you make a purchase or not. You can choose to donate as much or as little as you want - the minimum donation amount is $5, and there’s no maximum. Be an icon this October!
Is there a limit to how many orders I can place during October?
No! Feel free to place as many orders as you like during the month of October - every time your order value is over $50, you’ll be able to claim your free gift.
However, we have limited stock of our #FeelYourBreast thongs, so once they’re sold out, they won’t be coming back. We’d recommend making your purchase as early as you can, to avoid missing out.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
Discount codes will not be applicable alongside our free thong offer.
If you wish to use a discount code instead, you'll need to remove the 2 free thongs from your cart.
If an item is in my basket, is it mine?
Unfortunately, an item isn’t yours until you have completed the purchase at checkout. Add your items to basket ASAP to claim your free #FeelYourBreast thongs!
Can I use a Buy Now, Pay Later option to place my order?
Our Buy Now, Pay Later options will operate as normal during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I’ve never shopped at Lounge before. How do I know what size to order?
If you’re unsure of your size, don’t worry! You can refer to our Lounge Size Guide here.
But, if you’re still unsure after using our size guide, you can chat with one of our Lounge Experts here who will be more than happy to help!
The Bundle and Save offer isn’t working for me. Why?
The #FeelYourBreast thongs are not eligible for the Bundle and Save offer but the deal will still apply to every other applicable thong, brief or G-string on site.
There’s a queue at the checkout. Should I refresh the page?
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during the checkout. If this happens, do not refresh the page, as you may lose your spot in the queue.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Of course you can! We’re keeping our Gift Wrap service on during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so whoever you’re buying for, you can add a touch of luxury to your order. Simply select Gift Wrap at checkout to elevate your gift-giving game.
Will I be able to select Next Day / Express Delivery?
Of course you can! We don’t want to keep our Loungers waiting… Simply select Express Delivery at checkout and your order will be with you in no time.
Can I cancel/make changes to my order?
We understand that mistakes can happen and that on some occasions, you may want to cancel/make amendments to your order.
We’re not able to amend items during peak periods - however, we may be able to cancel this order for you, so that you can reorder the correct items.

- As much detail about your cancellation request as possible
We will always try our best to accommodate your request, but sometimes this won’t be possible if this has reached a specific stage in our warehouse processing system.
If we cannot fulfil your cancellation request and you would like to return a part of your order, you can do so using our Returns Portal.
Can I make changes to my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to get this changed for you. However, this is not always possible.
If your order has already been dispatched or we are unable to amend this for you, you will need to reach out to the courier directly who may be able to help further.
I didn’t manage to grab the 2 free #FeelYourBreast thongs that I wanted. Will you be restocking?
This is a limited-edition collection, so our #FeelYourBreast thongs will only be available while stocks last.However, you can still donate to the Lounge Foundation right here throughout the month of October, whether you make a purchase or not.
Alternatively, we do have plenty other Lounge luxuries available for you to get your hands on. Why not check out our Bestsellers if you need some inspiration?
I haven’t received my order confirmation email. Has my order been placed successfully?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email straight away after placing your order with us, don’t worry.
Before contacting us, here are a few things that you can check:
- Please check the card used to place your order, to ensure this amount has been debited and isn’t pending. If you haven’t been charged, then it’s unlikely that the order went through.
- If your card has been charged, then please check your junk and spam email folders. Fingers crossed, the email is sitting in there.
If you still can’t locate your order confirmation, please ensure that you contact us with the below details and our Lounge Experts will locate your order as quickly as possible, and then provide you with an update:
- Order Number (If you have this)
- Email Address
- Shipping Address
- Items ordered
- The date that your order was placed
Where is my order? Are there shipping delays?
Due to the high volume of orders that we expect to receive during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, you may experience a slight dispatch delay.

Rest assured; we will be doing everything that we can to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email from Lounge, straight to the email address used to place your order - this will include your tracking details.
I’ve received an email saying my order is ‘Partially Allocated’. What does this mean?
Due to an influx of orders during this period, some orders may be affected by oversold items. This means that part of your order may no longer be available to ship to you. You will have been emailed by one of our Lounge Experts as soon as possible about this.
My tracking link isn’t working. How do I track my parcel?
If you find that the tracking number on your shipping confirmation hasn’t been updated right away, don’t worry! This might take a short while to present the latest tracking updates during this busy time.
If I place more than one order, can you combine these and ship them together?
Unfortunately, we treat all orders separately and we will not be able to combine orders if you do place more than one. Duplicate shipping charges can also not be refunded.
My friend has received their order already. Where is mine?
We do our very best to dispatch orders in order of purchase history, but in the interest of getting your order out as quickly as possible and due to warehouse and courier processes, not all orders placed on the same day will be delivered on the same date. This may explain why your friend has received theirs and you are still excitedly waiting on yours, but rest assured it will be with you in no time.
What is your Returns Policy during this period?
We’ve got the same 45-day Returns Policy as ever - if you’re not entirely satisfied or you need a different size or style, you’re more than welcome to return your items to us within 45 days, providing they’re unworn, unwashed and unused.
You’re also welcome to return your #FeelYourBreast thongs and exchange them for a different size or style, providing the stock is available!
If you return your #FeelYourBreast thongs along with your entire order, you’ll receive a full refund and your donation to the Lounge Foundation will also be rescinded.
If you return part of your order but keep your #FeelYourBreast thongs and your order total goes below $50, your refund will be reduced by $25 to cover the $25 value of the free thongs. This is because the minimum order value to receive your free gift is $50, so if your order total goes below $50 due to a returned item, you are no longer eligible for a free gift and must pay the value of the items.
