As the Lounge brand continues to scale, we occasionally notice websites or accounts imitating us. Here are some tips to make sure you're shopping on the verified Lounge website or interacting with our official social media platforms.
- If the URL isn't us.lounge.com, it's not us. The website should also have a padlock icon on the URL to show it's secure.
- If you receive a message from anyone other than the official Lounge account, it's not us. We will only contact you from our official Instagram.
If you have made a purchase from a fake Lounge website, contact your bank, as they may be able to cancel the purchase.
