I’ve made a mistake in my order. Can you change it?
We can’t make any guarantees, but if you contact us asap we will try and amend any mistakes before it’s been shipped. However, please note if the order has already been processed by our warehouse, we will be unable to make any amends. We will always recommend that you are certain of your sizing (or the person’s that you are ordering for) before you place an order with us to avoid disappointment.
However, we do accept exchanges and returns should you have made a mistake when placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We can’t make any guarantees, but if you contact us asap, we will try and cancel your order before it’s been shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel it. Please make sure that you’re 100% happy with your order before completing your purchase.
If you do wish to return your item once you have received it, you can do so easily using our Returns Portal.
