Paying with Klarna is simple, but we understand you may have a few questions. So, we’re here to help.
Klarna is available to all customers 18 and over with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK, US, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. To pay using Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile number (just in case) and email address - this is so Klarna can send your payment statement. Please ensure your details are correct, or you will not receive the relevant payment information. Our Loungers in the US will have the option to Pay in 4 with Klarna.
HOW DOES PAY IN 4 WITH KLARNA WORK?
Pay in 4 gives you the freedom to Lounge now and split your Lounge order into 4 interest-free instalments. Payments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card every two weeks. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment schedule whereby your card will also be charged for your first quarter amount. These payments will be automatically deducted every two weeks until the full order amount has been paid. There's no interests. No fees.
Just the freedom to try all of your Lounge favourites in the comfort of your own home and pay in a way that suits you.

HAVING TROUBLE PAYING WITH KLARNA?
This may be due to the following:
- Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
- You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements.
- You may have missed a required field at the checkout.
WILL A CREDIT SEARCH TAKE PLACE AGAINST ME?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Lounge run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS ON KLARNA?
When choosing to checkout with Klarna, you can pay for your goods with a debit or credit card in line with your payment schedule.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
As soon as Lounge have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel the statement and any scheduled payments.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We know the unexpected can happen sometimes, so if you can't pay for your order, here's what will happen.
At checkout, your payment schedule will be clearly laid out so you know what you will need to pay and when. Klarna will also send you email and in-app reminders to help ensure you don't miss any payments. However, if for any reason you can't pay for your order on the instalment dates outlined, Klarna will send you an email letting you know there was an error and try again. On the second attempt, if the same problem occurs, a late fee of up to $7.00 will be applied. Your missed payment will then be added to your next scheduled instalment. You won't be able to make any further purchases with Klarna until the full amount is paid.

DOES KLARNA IMPACT MY CREDIT SCORE?
Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customer's credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Lounge run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.
CAN I PAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE?
You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.
