If you receive a notification that your parcel is delivered but cannot locate your order, please follow the below steps:
- Check all safe spaces and secure locations around your address. Your courier may have left your parcel somewhere safe, or in a designated safe location.
- Check with your neighbours or anyone who may have accepted your parcel on your behalf.
- Contact your local courier for more details on the delivery location.
- Contact our Client Services team if you are still unable to locate your parcel.
Please note: To allow our team to investigate thoroughly, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date on your tracking link. Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen goods outside of this 14-day period.
