Returns with Lounge are easy. We know returning your recently bought items can often feel like a pain, but we've worked hard to ensure our returns process is quick and painless. To start the returns process click here.
Things you'll need:
- Your Order Number (starts with a # in your confirmation email).
- Your postcode, email or phone number associated with your order.
- Some options will require a printer.
- We have a 60 day returns policy from the date of despatch.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- If returning a set, the full set must be returned to qualify for a refund.
- Any items purchased from the Outlet are exchange only.
