Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that sometimes you may want to cancel or change your order.
During promotional periods we are unable to change order details - however our customer service team can cancel your order provided you contact us as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service using the details below:
- Order number
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Ordered items
- Date your order was placed
- As much detail as possible about your cancellation request
Our team will always do their best to accommodate your request, but this may not be possible if our warehouse team has already processed your order.
If we are unable to accommodate your cancellation request and you wish to return your order as soon as it arrives with us, you can register your return via our Returns Portal .
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to change your shipping address, but if your order has already been processed, this is not possible.
If our customer service is unable to change your shipping address, please contact your local carrier.
I have not received an email confirming my order. Was my order placed successfully?
If you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order, please follow the steps below:
- Check your bank statement to make sure your payment has been made. If you don't see a pending payment, your order may not have been placed successfully.
- If your card has been charged, please check your inbox or mailbox for a confirmation email.
If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact our customer service with the following information:
- Order number (if applicable)
- Shipping address
- Ordered items
- Date of order
Where is my order? Are there any delays in shipping?
Due to the high volume of orders we expect to receive during the Black Friday Shopping Event, you may experience a slight delay in shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the expected shipping time and guidance by clicking here .
You can expect a shipping confirmation to the email address you used to place your order, containing a link to track your package.
I received an email stating that my order is 'Partially Allocated'. What does this mean?
Due to a large influx of orders during the Black Friday Shopping Event, some orders may be affected by oversold items. This means that part of your order may no longer be able to be shipped to you. If this happens, our customer service team will contact you by email as soon as possible.
My tracking link is not working. How can I track my package?
If you notice that the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email hasn’t updated right away, don’t worry. During this busy time, it can take a while before you see the latest tracking updates.
If I place more than one order, can you combine them and ship them together?
Unfortunately, our warehouse team handles all orders individually and cannot combine orders if you choose to place more than one. Duplicate shipping costs cannot be refunded.
My friend already received his order. Where is mine?
We aim to ship orders in the order in which they were purchased, however due to warehouse and courier processes, not all orders placed on the same day will be delivered on the same date. If your package does not arrive within the expected time, please contact our customer service team.
I placed my order before the sale started. Can I still get a discount on my items?
Unfortunately, orders placed before the Black Friday Shopping Event begins will not be eligible for the discounts offered. Discounts only apply to orders placed during the sales period.
What is the return and exchange policy during the sale?
You can return your items within 60 days, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and unused. As long as your order is returned to us within this period and you can show us the tracking, you are eligible for a return.

Please note that all returns for refund requests will be subject to shipping and handling charges. Items returned for exchange will not be charged.
I want to exchange something I bought during the sale. Do you do the price of the exchange?
You can exchange your items for a different size.
If you would like to exchange your item for a completely different product, our customer service team will transfer the amount paid to an eGift Card that you can use for another purchase. You can also request a refund.
Please note that this refund or e-Gift Card amount will be equal to the price you paid for the items during the sale.
