If you've returned a non-Lounge item by mistake, please inform us as soon as possible.
Any parcel accidentally or incorrectly returned to Lounge is the sender's responsibility and not Lounge's. Unfortunately, due to the way we process items within our warehouse, we're unable to return this parcel to you.
Non-Lounge items are automatically discarded and are therefore not retrievable. We know this will be disappointing and our team will notify you if they retrieve your item and are able to return this to you. However this is not guaranteed and unfortunately we're unable to launch an investigation to try and locate an incorrect return.
If you still have your Lounge items with you, please reach out to us so we can arrange a return for these. If not, we'd recommend reaching out to the company you've returned these to, to see if you can claim these back. Once you've received these back to you, let us know and we can help with a return.
