All EU returns are subject to a return fee.
This fee will be generated via the Returns Portal depending on your chosen courier service.
Please note that return fees may vary depending on your location, as they are based on regional shipping and courier costs and therefore cannot be adjusted by Lounge.

Please note: If the only option shown in our returns portal is 'self-ship return', you’ll need to send your order back to our UK warehouse at your own expense. Please ensure you use a fully tracked and insured postal service and keep your proof of return receipt until your return has been successfully processed.
