Please include the below information when contacting the team:
- Order number, Email Address, Shipping Address and Phone Number linked to the order
- Photograph of the item in full
- Clear photograph of the product fault
- Description of the issue
- Description of how the item has been washed and dried
We operate with strict quality control procedures at every stage of the production process to minimise the risk of faulty items, so this is a very rare occurrence. Our Client Services team will be happy to assist you if you do receive a faulty item.
To be eligible for review, defect claims should be submitted within 6 months of the date the order was received.
