If you're not in when the courier attempts delivery, they may leave your parcel in a secure location around your property such as a porch, behind a gate, or near a shed. They might also try delivering it to a neighbour who can accept it on your behalf.
Please note: Lounge cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from orders delivered to a safe place authorised by the customer.
If your parcel is too large for your letterbox and no suitable safe place is available, your courier will leave a card with instructions on where and when you can collect your delivery. If not, you can enter your postcode on your tracking link to reveal further information, including the collection address, for your parcel.
If this information isn't available, we recommend contacting the couriers directly to obtain the collection address.
