We kindly ask that you don't combine your returns from separate orders.
Each return request should be linked to one order which will ensure requests are processed accurately. Sending your returns in separate parcels also allows us to work more efficiently, making the return process smoother.
To ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently:
1. Submit individual return requests: Please register a separate return for each order.
2. Package orders separately: Use the return label provided for each separate order and package items from different orders in separate parcels.
3. Track your return: Retain the tracking information for your return parcels to stay updated on their progress.
While this requires a little extra effort, our commitment to providing the best possible service means that returns from separate orders must be sent in separate parcels in order to process your return quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
If you’ve submitted multiple return requests for a single order, each one will need to be sent back separately. However, if you haven’t shipped your parcels yet, our Client Services team can cancel your existing return requests so you can register a new one and return all items together.
