Any parcel accidentally or incorrectly returned to Lounge is the sender's responsibility and not Lounge's. We will always do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee we can retrieve your items.
If you send a non-Lounge item to our warehouse in error, please contact our Client Services team with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your order number (e.g. #AUS1234567)
- The date your item was returned
- A description of the item you returned, including any photos
- Tracked proof of postage, if you have it
Our team will then notify you if they retrieve your item.
