All returns from Australia are subject to a fee, which will be calculated through the returns portal during the return registration process.
Returns are subject to a fee of $25, which can be paid on our returns portal. For refunds to your original payment method or an e-Gift Card, the fee is reduced to $15.
Please note that return fees may vary depending on your location, as they are based on regional shipping and courier costs and therefore cannot be adjusted by Lounge.
