All returns within Australia are subject to a fee, which will be calculated through the returns portal during the return registration process.
Australian returns are subject to a fee of $35, which will be deducted from your final refund total. For exchanges and refunds to a Gift Card, the fee is reduced to $30.
This fee covers fully tracked and insured returns shipping to our returns warehouse in the UK.
