All returns from Australia are subject to a fee, which will be calculated through the returns portal during the return registration process.
Returns are subject to a fee of $35, which can be paid on our returns portal. For exchanges and refunds to an e-Gift Card, the fee is reduced to $30.
Please note that return fees may vary depending on your location, as they are based on regional shipping and courier costs and therefore cannot be adjusted by Lounge. These fees cover fully tracked and insured return shipping to our returns warehouse in the UK.
