All returns from Australia are subject to a fee, which will be calculated through the returns portal during the return registration process.
Returns are subject to a $25 fee, while exchanges carry a $10 fee. These fees can be paid through our returns portal. Return fees do not apply when you choose Refund to e-Gift Card.
If you’ve ordered from New Zealand, you will need to return your items independently and cover the associated costs.
Please note, any original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these cover the delivery of your order.
