Shipping timeframes begin once your order leaves our warehouse (not the order date); orders placed after 5pm or on non-working days are processed the next working day, and deliveries are made Monday–Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our Client Services team has access to the same tracking information as customers. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to look into them with you.
Economy:
5-14 Working Days (after despatch)
Cost Below $125 - $10 AUD
Cost above $125 - Free
Express:
4 Working Days (after despatch)
Cost Below $125 - $20 AUD
Cost above $125 - $10 AUD or $12 NZD
Please Note:
- Orders placed after 5pm (UK time) will be processed on the next working day.
- Working days don't include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
- If you receive a shipment confirmation email on a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
- The estimated delivery timeframes will take effect after your order has shipped.
- If you place an order on a non-working day, your order will be processed in our warehouse on the next working day.
- Economy shipping is not available in all locations. If this applies to your area, only Express Shipping will be offered at checkout.
- Free Shipping and discounted Express Shipping will not be available in all shipping destinations.
