Please note that a return label will not be included in your parcel. To generate a QR code or return label, please use the Returns Portal.

- You don't need an account with us; just your order number and postcode, email address or phone number.
- To find your order number when making a return, use our helpful link here.
- To avoid issues with your return label or QR code, please ensure your return is sent back within 7 days of registration.
- Your return must be registered through the corresponding Returns Portal for the country where the order was placed. Returns cannot be processed across different stores (for example, an order placed in France cannot be returned in the UK). If you have moved countries since placing your order, please contact our Client Services Team.
