If you return an order that you paid for using Afterpay, your statement will automatically update once we process your refund request.
If you request an e-Gift Card, your statement will not be adjusted. We recommend paying your balance at your earliest convenience to prevent late payment charges or negative impacts on your financial status.
If you receive payment reminders but your statement has not yet been adjusted, we advise contacting Afterpay directly - they may be able to pause your payment while you wait for your return to be processed.
