Currently, you have the option to return your item for either a refund or a gift card. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for your favourite Lounge items. Click here to access our online Returns Portal.
Please find below our returns policy guidelines for exchanges:
- For orders placed between November 1st - January 1st, our Returns Policy will be extended to 60 days.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. There should be no marks, stains, pulls or rips on the items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Client Services.
- Please return items from separate orders in separate parcels to avoid delays in processing your return.
- Please return only the items you have registered on the Returns Portal.
- Please retain tracked proof of postage for your return. Lounge is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage.
