Please find below our returns policy guidelines for exchanges:
- For orders placed between November 1st - January 1st, our Returns Policy will be extended to 60 days.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. There should be no marks, stains, pulls or rips on the items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact Client Services.
- Please return items from separate orders in separate parcels to avoid delays in processing your return.
- Please return only the items you have registered on the Returns Portal. You do not need to return a full set if you only wish to exchange part of the set. (Please note: if you wish to exchange an Intimates thong, you must return the matching suspender belt as the two are packaged together.)
- Please retain tracked proof of postage for your return. Lounge is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage.
- Please note: Items requested when exchanging cannot be reserved. If your requested item is out of stock, our Returns Team will contact you to organize a replacement, refund or gift card to the value of the item.
