Your return will be processed after it arrives at the Lounge warehouse. Our Returns Team aims to unpack and inspect your order within 5–10 working days however, please note that during busy periods, processing times may be longer.
As soon as your return is processed, you'll receive a notification via email.
- If you have requested a refund, it may take up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
- Your refund will go to your original payment method, which can't be changed. If your card is lost or cancelled, your bank will be able to transfer your refund to your new account.
- Payments made with E-cheques must clear before processing your refund, which may take up to 10 working days.
If you haven't received your refund after the allocated time frame, please contact our Client Services team with tracked proof of postage for your return.
Please kindly note that images of the tracking cannot be accepted as proof of return and a physical or digital receipt is required. Lounge is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage.
