Shipping timeframes begin once your order leaves our warehouse (not the order date); orders placed after 5pm or on non-working days are processed the next working day, and deliveries are made Monday–Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our Client Services team has access to the same tracking information as customers. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to look into them with you.
Express:
2-3 working days (after dispatch)
Cost below $100 - $10
Cost between $100 - $750 - $5
Cost above $750 - Free
Please Note:
- Orders placed after 5pm (UK time) will be processed on the next working day.
- Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
- The estimated delivery timeframes will take effect after your order has shipped.
- If you place an order on a non-working day, the shipping time frame will begin from the next working day.
- If you receive a shipment confirmation email on a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
- Economy shipping is not available in all locations. If this applies to your location, only Express Shipping will be available at checkout.
- Free Shipping and discounted Express Shipping are not currently available in all locations.
- If your parcel hasn't been delivered within the expected time frame and you haven't been informed of any delays, our Client Services will be happy to help.
