We’ve made our returns policy as simple as possible … you’re welcome.
Here are our Returns Policy guidelines…
- You have 30 days from the date your parcel is shipped to return items for a refund or exchange.

All products must be returned in their original condition. This means all labels and tags must be attached, with no stains, marks, pulls or rips.
- Please submit individual return requests for items from multiple orders and return them in separate parcels to avoid complications.
- For bikinis or swimsuits, refunds are only accepted for sets with the hygiene strip attached and undamaged.
- Refunds are based on the product cost; shipping charges and Gift Wrap fees are non-refundable.
- Only return the piece(s) you wish to exchange or refund; there's no need to return the entire set.
- Obtain tracked proof of postage for all returns; Lounge is not liable for lost returns without proof of postage.
- Returns are not accepted for limited-edition 'Almost Hot Pink' and 'Almost Teal' Blossom Balcony sets.
