When does the Feel Your Breast campaign start?
The eighth year of Feel Your Breast will start at 4am PDT | 7am EDT on October 1, marking the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
What will you be offering this year?
This October, any product purchase over $60 CAD will qualify for a free limited-edition Pointelle Triangle Set. This offer is available while supplies last.
$10 from every qualifying purchase placed in October will be donated to the Lounge Foundation. Not only will you receive a limited-edition free gift during October, but you’ll also be helping to make a difference for those who need it most.

How can I claim my free set?
To claim your free Pointelle Triangle Set, your order total needs to be over $60 after any discount codes have been applied.
Once your order total reaches $60, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred size and colour in your cart.
If you remove items from your cart and your order total drops below $60, the set will no longer be free and will appear at full price in your cart.
Can I donate more than $10?
Of course. You can donate to the Lounge Foundation by clicking here during October, whether you make a purchase or not.
What is your returns policy during the Feel Your Breast campaign?
If you return items from your order and your net order total drops below the $60 threshold, you must return your free Pointelle Triangle Set along with the other items.
If you don’t return your free set, or only return part of the set, $60 will be deducted from your refund to cover the value of the free set and maintain your donation to the Lounge Foundation.
Feel Your Breast free gifts cannot be exchanged for another size or item.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can place during October?
You can place as many orders as you like during October. Every time your order value is over $60, you’ll be able to claim your free gift.
However, Feel Your Breast sets are available in limited quantities, so once they’re sold out, they won’t be coming back. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid missing out.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
Yes. You can use a discount code and claim your free Pointelle Triangle Set as long as your order value is over $60 after any discount codes have been applied.
Influencer and Birthday discount codes will not be available for use during the Feel Your Breast campaign.
I’ve never shopped at Lounge before. How do I know what size to order?

Will I be able to select Express Shipping?
Due to the high volume of orders we expect to receive during the campaign, our Express Shipping service is temporarily unavailable.
Where is my order? Are there shipping delays?
Due to the high volume of orders we expect to receive during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, you may experience a shipping delay.
Once your order has shipped, you can find our shipping timeframes and guidance here.
As soon as your package ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking details, to the email address used to place your order.
Will you restock the Feel Your Breast Pointelle Triangle Sets?
The Pointelle Triangle Sets are limited edition and will only be available while supplies last. Once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked.
You can still donate to the Lounge Foundation and make a difference, whether you make a purchase or not.
Is the Boob Box coming to my country?
