A big, beautiful, brand-new Lounge store is coming to a shopping centre near you, very soon.

What to expect?
It wouldn’t be a Lounge store if we didn’t cater to every single one of our Loungers… We’ve got something for everyone (and we mean everyone) at our IRL locations.
We’ll be offering a wide range of styles, from bestselling classics to the latest launches, in all of our sizes. We’ll stock items from all of our lines - Apparel, Underwear, Intimates and Swim - as well as all your favourite Lounge-branded accessories.
Inside each store, there’ll be minimal products on the shop floor, and we’ll be offering assisted service. This means that you can ask a member of staff to fetch your desired size for you, rather than picking it up yourself.
In fact, if you need anything at all, all you have to do is let a Lounger know. We’ll be more than happy to help.
Finding your fit
Don’t mind us, we’re just revolutionising the way you shop for bras…
We’ve developed an innovative way of finding your perfect Lounge Fit - we know it’s the hardest thing about shopping for underwear online, so we wanted to make it as easy as possible IRL.
Each store is equipped with spacious, private, modern Fitting Rooms, complete with interactive step-by-step guides on finding your perfect fit. If you already know your size, great! Simply head in and hold a private fashion show in the comfort of your own Fitting Room.
If you’re unsure of your size, you’re welcome to book a session with our in-store Fit Experts. Simply head to our Retail Hub or book in while you’re passing by one of our stores.
Returns and Exchanges
Changed your mind? Need a different size? No problem at all.
Our in-store Returns Policy is exactly the same as our online Returns Policy.
You’ll have 30 days to return your items from the date of purchase, and you must return your items in the same condition that you received them. This means tags and labels must still be attached, and there should be no stains, rips or tears to your garments.
When you return your items, you’ll be able to choose between a refund, an exchange, or an e-Gift Card - all to the same value as the items you’re returning.
You can return in-store or online using our Returns Portal here - whichever option is easiest for you.
All Lounge stores will be card-only, with no cash payments accepted.
We accept American Express cards, as well as Lounge Gift Cards.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept Klarna or any Buy Now, Pay Later options in store.
How to use your Gift Card
If you’ve purchased a Lounge Gift Card online, you’ll receive an e-Gift Card to your email inbox, containing a 16-digit code. You’ll be able to show this code at checkout in-store to apply the Gift Card to the contents of your basket.
If you’ve purchased a Lounge gift card in store, you’ll be able to use this online or IRL. All of our physical Gift Cards will have a 16-digit code, as well as a QR code. You’ll be able to scan your QR code in store, or enter your 16-digit code online, to apply the Gift Card to the contents of your basket.
