Please include the below information when contacting the team:
- Order number, Email Address, Shipping Address and Phone Number linked to the order
- Images of the packaging and the items when they arrived
- Description of the items received, as well as a description of the missing or damaged items
- Description of the delivery location (e.g. mailbox, porch, handed directly to you)
- Please download and fill out the form here and include this within your message to the team.
