All Lounge stores accept card payments. No cash payments are accepted in any Lounge stores.
You are welcome to use American Express cards or redeem a Lounge e-Gift Card in store. Please note that when shopping in our UK stores, you can only redeem Gift Cards purchased in another UK store, or online on our UK website.
All discount codes that are valid online will also be valid in store.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Klarna or Buy Now, Pay Later options in store.
To redeem your e-Gift Card:
- If you've purchased an e-Gift Card online, you'll receive an email containing your unique 16-digit code. You'll be able to enter this code at checkout or show the code to a colleague in store to redeem your gift card against the contents of your basket.
If you've purchased an e-Gift Card in store, you'll be able to redeem your gift card online or in store. You can scan your QR code in store or enter your 16-digit code online to redeem your gift card against the contents of your basket.
