If your tracking states that your package is available for collection, but you're not sure where this is, follow the below steps.
1. Check your inbox: as you will often receive an email or SMS from your courier to indicate that your parcel is ready for collection. This notification will usually include the location of your parcel, its opening hours, and any specific instructions.
2. Carefully check your tracking link: These details may also be visible here, but we recommend consulting your local tracking information for additional details on your parcel's pickup location.
3. Ensure you have a valid form of identification: when you pick up your parcel, such as a driver's license, passport, or ID card. Some collection points may also ask to see your notification email or SMS by way of verification.
