You will have the option to cancel your order within 15 minutes of this being placed, via our new order editing feature. You can find this after the checkout, on your order confirmation page.
After this 15-minute window, you will no longer be able to cancel your order, as our warehouse will be preparing this for dispatch, so please reach out to our Client Services team as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to amend your order, but please be aware that order amendments are not guaranteed if your order is already processed by the time we receive your request.
