You will have the option to cancel your order within 15 minutes of this being placed, via our new order editing feature. You can find this after the checkout, on your order confirmation page. This may be a better option for you if the order error is particularly urgent.
If you'd like to amend your order details, please reach out to our Client Services team as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to amend your order, but please be aware that order amendments are not guaranteed if your order is already processed by the time we receive your request.
When contacting our Client Services team to request an amendment, please include the below information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery address
If we are unable to amend your order, we may be able to cancel your order - but this is also time-sensitive and is not guaranteed. Alternatively, you can return or exchange your items when they arrive here.
