All mainland UK refunds are subject to a fee of £2.95, which will be deducted from your final refund total. For returns from British Islands, a higher fee may apply.
Return fees do not apply when selecting Refund to e-Gift Card or returning items directly to a Lounge store.
Please note that return fees may vary depending on your location, as they are based on regional shipping and courier costs and therefore cannot be adjusted by Lounge.
