Klarna is available to all customers aged 18 and over with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK. To use Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile number and email address to allow Klarna to send your payment statement.
Klarna offers two payment options: Pay Later or Pay In 3.
Klarna's Pay Later option allows you to make your full payment within 30 days from the day your order is shipped. When your order is placed, you will receive an email within two days from Klarna containing your payment instructions. You can make your payment via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk. Please be aware that Klarna is an independent payment company and Lounge has no influence over their application process. Klarna's Pay In 3 option allows you to pay in three equal instalments. Your payments will be taken automatically from the payment method entered at checkout. Your first payment will be taken when your order is placed, and the second and third will be taken 30 and 60 days later respectively.
If you encounter issues paying with Klarna, it may be due to the following:
- Klarna may have rejected your payment application. We recommend choosing another payment method.
- You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements.
- You may have missed a required field at checkout.
Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are visible to you and Klarna, but not to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Lounge run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.
You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card immediately at checkout or take advantage of the Pay Later payment option, where you can pay for your items upon receipt via credit or debit card.
