Tracking your Lounge order is simple - Use your tracking link from the shipping confirmation email and it will take you through to the relevant courier website. You can follow your parcel's journey as it makes its way to you.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email that contains your own unique tracking number and link... In the unusual circumstance that you don't receive a shipping confirmation email or a tracking number, don't worry! Our Client Services team would be happy to help.
