Shipping timeframes begin once your order leaves our warehouse (not the order date); orders placed after 5pm or on non-working days are processed the next working day, and deliveries are made Monday–Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.

- If you receive a shipment confirmation email on a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
- The estimated delivery timeframes will take effect after your order has shipped.
- The following postcodes may not meet next-day delivery timescales: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, and ZE2-ZE3.
