If you've been gifted Lounge items by a friend or family member, or purchased these from a second-hand selling platform, you will not be able to return your items unless you can obtain the details of the original purchaser.
In order to register a return, you will require the order number and the postcode/email address/telephone number used to place the order. All returns must also be sent back to us within 30 days of the shipping date, and comply with all other return conditions, which you can find here.
