If you're not in when the courier attempts delivery, they may leave your parcel in a secure location around your property such as a porch, behind a gate, or near a shed. They might also try delivering it to a neighbour who can accept it on your behalf.
If you've selected Royal Mail as your shipping option, you can contact them directly to nominate a safe place (a secure, weatherproof area at your delivery address where your parcel can be left if you're not home). You can also choose a trusted neighbour to receive the parcel instead.
Please note: Lounge cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from orders delivered to a safe place authorised by the customer.
If your parcel is too large for your letterbox and no suitable safe place is available, your courier will leave a card with instructions on where and when you can collect your delivery.
