When does the Anniversary Sale start?
Our 10th Anniversary Sale begins on Sunday 22nd March in all Lounge stores during our usual opening hours.
When will the sale end?
The end date of the Anniversary Sale is entirely stock-dependent. We recommend shopping as soon as the sale goes live to avoid missing out.
What discounts are available during the sale?
During the sale, you can enjoy up to 60% off selected Underwear, Intimates, Clothing, and Sleep lines in store.

Will my Student Discount apply during the sale?
No discount codes will be valid on items included in the promotion, including student discounts.
I’ve never shopped at Lounge before. How do I know what size to order?

You are also welcome to book an appointment with a trained bra fitting specialist in any Lounge store.
Is the Bottoms Offer changing during the sale?
The iconic Bottoms Offer has had an upgrade for our Anniversary Sale.
During the sale, you can purchase 3 Bottoms styles for £30 and 5 for £40, excluding Intimates and Outlet styles.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes - you will be able to request Gift Wrap at checkout for £5 during the Anniversary Sale.
If my desired item isn’t available in store, can I have it shipped to my home address?
Absolutely. If your desired item isn’t available in store but is in stock online, you will be able to have your item shipped to your home address with complimentary Express Shipping. Just speak to a member of staff in store to organise your complimentary home delivery.
Please note that during the sale, some orders may experience shipping delays.
What is the Return and Exchange Policy during the sale?
You are welcome to return your items within 30 days, providing they are unworn, unwashed, and unused. As long as your order has been shipped back to us within this period and you can provide tracking information to support this, you will qualify for a return.
If you’d like to make a return, please visit our Returns Portal. You can also return your items, free of charge, to any Lounge store.
I want to exchange something that I purchased during the sale. Will you honour the price of the exchange?
You are welcome to exchange your sale purchase for a different size.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or colour, you must pay the difference upon exchanging in store. You may also request a refund online or in store, if you do not wish to pay the difference for another product or colour.
Please note that this refund or e-Gift Card amount will be equivalent to the price paid for the items during the sale, and not the full-price value of the item.
