When does the Feel Your Breast campaign start?
The eighth year of Feel Your Breast will start at 12pm on the 1st of October, to mark the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
What will you be offering this year?
This October, any product purchase over £40 will qualify to receive a free limited-edition Pointelle Triangle Set. This offer is available while stocks last.
£5 from every qualifying purchase placed in October will be donated to the Lounge Foundation. Not only will you receive a limited-edition free gift during October, but you’ll also be changing the lives of those who need it most.

How can I claim my free set?
To claim your free Pointelle Triangle Set, your order total needs to be over £40 after any discount codes have been applied.
Once your order total reaches £40, you’ll be able to select your preferred size and colour when prompted in your cart.
If you remove items from your basket and your order total goes below £40, the set will no longer be free and will be priced at full value in your basket.
Can I donate more than £5?
Of course - you can donate to the Lounge Foundation by clicking here during October, whether you make a purchase or not.
What is your returns policy during the Feel Your Breast campaign?
If you return items in your order and your net order total drops below the £40 threshold, you must return your free Pointelle Triangle Set along with the other items in your order.
If you do not return your free set or only return part of the set, £40 will be deducted from your refund to cover the value of the free set and maintain your donation to the Lounge Foundation.
You can not exchange your Feel Your Breast free gift for another size or item.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can place during October?
You can place as many orders as you like during the month of October - every single time your order value is over £40, you’ll be able to claim your free gift.
However, the Feel Your Breast sets are limited in stock, so once they’re sold out, they won’t be coming back. We recommend making your purchase as early as possible to avoid missing out.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
You’ll be able to use a discount code and claim your free Pointelle Triangle Set as long as your order value is £40 after your discount codes have been applied.
Influencer and Birthday discount codes will not be available for use during the Feel Your Breast campaign.

Will I be able to select Express Delivery?
Due to the high volume of orders we expect to receive during the campaign, our Express Delivery service is temporarily unavailable.
Where is my order? Are there shipping delays?
Due to the high volume of orders that we expect to receive during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, you may experience a dispatch delay.
Once your order has been shipped, you can follow the shipping time frames and guidance by clicking here.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address used to place your order, which will include your tracking details.
Will you restock the Feel Your Breast Pointelle Triangle Sets?
The limited-edition Pointelle Triangle Sets are limited-edition and will only be available while stocks last. However, you can still donate to the Lounge Foundation and make a difference, whether you make a purchase or not.
